First INSPYRE school

School fees & Registration

The School is now open for submitting registrations.

The registration fees for the school are 400 €, and include accommodation (Sunday evening until Friday morning), lunches, a social dinner, as well as refreshments during coffee breaks.

4 grants covering the registration fees will be available thanks to the INSPYRE Euratom project.
If you want to apply for a grant, please send a CV and motivation letter to the School email address:
INSPYRE-school[a]tudelft.nl before January 25^th.

Financial support can also be obtained through the ENEN+ project. To submit an application, consult the ENEN+ website: https://plus.enen.eu/grants/ . See the mobility manual, sections 5.1 for BSc students and 5.4 for MSc students, PhDs and Post Docs.
The deadline for the ENEN+ applications is 31/01/2019.
The two types of grants cannot be cumulated.

Registration will be possible from December 1^st, 2018 until January 25^th, 2019.

A confirmation of the registration will be sent by the organizing committee before February 15^th, 2019.

The deadline for payment of registration fees is March 8^th, 2019. Payment can be done via bank transfer. The bank details will be communicated to the participant after confirmation of the registration.
